*The Artist was a big winner last night. It took home Best Picture, while it's director (Michael Hazanavicius)
and lead actor (Jean Dujardin) took home the Best Director and Best Actor awards. Hugo also picked up 5 awards. Meryl Streep won her 3rd Best Actress (out of 18 total nominations) for The Iron Lady. Her speech was classic Streep. You can check out all the special Oscar moments here. My mind was blown when I found out that Community's own, Dean Pelton (Jim Rash, IRL) won an Oscar for his part in penning the screenplay for the Descendants. He even mocked Angelina.
*The Little Golden Dudes have been handed out, but how about those films that got snubbed? My pick for biggest snub goes to 50/50 and it's stars, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Anna Kendrick.
*Here's a 'Snubs' Super Cut!
*That cut just reminded me of all the movies I done goofed and missed. I'm slipping
Note (Trailers linked in title):
Martha Marcy May Marlene
Attack The Block
We Need To Talk About Kevin
The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo

*Rep. Michelle Ugenti (R- Arizona). File Under 'RUDE!'
*Paul Babeu...used to be hard at work on Mitt's campaign. Steps down because he's Gay. He threatens deportation of an ex-lover...and now he was head master at a school with a history of abuse AND he had a love affair with a student?!?! He's been created by the GOP to give Gay's a bad name. I'm sure of it.
