*Graphic/Production Designer Ralph McQuarrie passed away this weekend at the age of 82. McQuarrie, is most famously known for his work in the shaping of the Star Wars Universe. Read more about his notable contributions to some classic works of Sci Fi over at Midnight Ramblings.

*Jason Segel & the Muppets, one and done.
*Kirk Cameron was on Pier's Morgan and expressed that he believes that Homosexuality is "detrimental and ultimately destructive to civilization". His comments don't surprise me. The fact that he was booked on Pier's Morgan, however, does.
*World-renowned idiot and career D-bag, Rush Limbaugh, opened his mouth and feces came flowing out. Now, his sponsors are running away. Yet, he remains on the air.
*In other news that makes me never want to parent a child, Tween girls are taking to YouTube to ask "Am I Pretty?" and allow their self image to be completely decided by 40 year old, fat, troll-like, stranger's comments. One poster revealed herself to be a 21-year old art student conducting an experiment.
*Hey girls, you are pretty. You have the power to change the world. You can do anything that the boys can. That 'pretty/popular' girl who makes your life hell? She hates herself and she's sad just like you. Someday she'll figure it out, but you and your so-called 'weird' friends...you guys are beautiful. Talk to your mother. Talk to your older siblings. Talk to someone who's not a stranger on the internet.
*Gregg Williams, you done goof'd!
*Hey, remember video stores?! Here's one man's heartfelt goodbye to his local shop.
*I am WAY late to this, but in case you missed it, Drive is fantastic.Seriously. So is the soundtrack:
